بِسمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحمٰنِ الرَّحيمِ

In the name of The God, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.

At-Takathur 102:1

أَلهىٰكُمُ التَّكاثُرُ

Rivalry in increase has distracted you,

At-Takathur 102:2

حَتّىٰ زُرتُمُ المَقابِرَ

until you visited the graves.

At-Takathur 102:3

كَلّا سَوفَ تَعلَمونَ

No indeed! You will soon know.

At-Takathur 102:4

ثُمَّ كَلّا سَوفَ تَعلَمونَ

Then, no indeed! You will soon know.

At-Takathur 102:5

كَلّا لَو تَعلَمونَ عِلمَ اليَقينِ

No indeed! If you knew with knowledge of certainty,

At-Takathur 102:6

لَتَرَوُنَّ الجَحيمَ

you will surely see the blazing fire.

At-Takathur 102:7

ثُمَّ لَتَرَوُنَّها عَينَ اليَقينِ

Then you will surely see it with the eye of certainty.

At-Takathur 102:8

ثُمَّ لَتُسـَٔلُنَّ يَومَئِذٍ عَنِ النَّعيمِ

Then, on that day, you will surely be questioned about the enjoyment.
