بِسمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحمٰنِ الرَّحيمِ

In the name of The God, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:1

وَالذّٰرِيٰتِ ذَروًا

By those that scatter far and wide,

Adh-Dhariyat 51:2

فَالحٰمِلٰتِ وِقرًا

Then those bearing a load,

Adh-Dhariyat 51:3

فَالجٰرِيٰتِ يُسرًا

Then those moving with ease,

Adh-Dhariyat 51:4

فَالمُقَسِّمٰتِ أَمرًا

Then those distributing a matter,

Adh-Dhariyat 51:5

إِنَّما توعَدونَ لَصادِقٌ

What you are promised is surely true,

Adh-Dhariyat 51:6

وَإِنَّ الدّينَ لَوٰقِعٌ

And the recompense will surely occur.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:7

وَالسَّماءِ ذاتِ الحُبُكِ

By the sky with its paths,

Adh-Dhariyat 51:8

إِنَّكُم لَفى قَولٍ مُختَلِفٍ

You are surely in differing discourse.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:9

يُؤفَكُ عَنهُ مَن أُفِكَ

Turned away from it is whoever has been turned away.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:10

قُتِلَ الخَرّٰصونَ

Perish the conjecturers,

Adh-Dhariyat 51:11

الَّذينَ هُم فى غَمرَةٍ ساهونَ

Those who are heedless in an overwhelming oblivion.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:12

يَسـَٔلونَ أَيّانَ يَومُ الدّينِ

They ask: When is the Day of Recompense?

Adh-Dhariyat 51:13

يَومَ هُم عَلَى النّارِ يُفتَنونَ

The day they are tried over the Fire.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:14

ذوقوا فِتنَتَكُم هٰذَا الَّذى كُنتُم بِهِ تَستَعجِلونَ

Taste your torment; this is what you sought to hasten.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:15

إِنَّ المُتَّقينَ فى جَنّٰتٍ وَعُيونٍ

The mindful are amid gardens and springs,

Adh-Dhariyat 51:16

ءاخِذينَ ما ءاتىٰهُم رَبُّهُم ۚ إِنَّهُم كانوا قَبلَ ذٰلِكَ مُحسِنينَ

Receiving what their Lord has given them; before that they were doers of good.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:17

كانوا قَليلًا مِنَ الَّيلِ ما يَهجَعونَ

They slept little of the night,

Adh-Dhariyat 51:18

وَبِالأَسحارِ هُم يَستَغفِرونَ

And at dawn they sought forgiveness.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:19

وَفى أَموٰلِهِم حَقٌّ لِلسّائِلِ وَالمَحرومِ

In their wealth was a right for the one who asks and the deprived.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:20

وَفِى الأَرضِ ءايٰتٌ لِلموقِنينَ

On earth are signs for those who are certain,

Adh-Dhariyat 51:21

وَفى أَنفُسِكُم ۚ أَفَلا تُبصِرونَ

And within yourselves; do you not see?

Adh-Dhariyat 51:22

وَفِى السَّماءِ رِزقُكُم وَما توعَدونَ

In heaven is your provision and what you are promised.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:23

فَوَرَبِّ السَّماءِ وَالأَرضِ إِنَّهُ لَحَقٌّ مِثلَ ما أَنَّكُم تَنطِقونَ

By the Lord of heaven and earth, it is true, just as you speak.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:24

هَل أَتىٰكَ حَديثُ ضَيفِ إِبرٰهيمَ المُكرَمينَ

Has the account of Abraham’s honored guests reached you?

Adh-Dhariyat 51:25

إِذ دَخَلوا عَلَيهِ فَقالوا سَلٰمًا ۖ قالَ سَلٰمٌ قَومٌ مُنكَرونَ

When they entered upon him and said: Peace. He said: Peace; unfamiliar people.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:26

فَراغَ إِلىٰ أَهلِهِ فَجاءَ بِعِجلٍ سَمينٍ

He went to his family and brought a fat calf,

Adh-Dhariyat 51:27

فَقَرَّبَهُ إِلَيهِم قالَ أَلا تَأكُلونَ

He brought it near to them and said: Will you not eat?

Adh-Dhariyat 51:28

فَأَوجَسَ مِنهُم خيفَةً ۖ قالوا لا تَخَف ۖ وَبَشَّروهُ بِغُلٰمٍ عَليمٍ

He felt fear of them. They said: Do not fear, and gave him good news of a knowledgeable boy.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:29

فَأَقبَلَتِ امرَأَتُهُ فى صَرَّةٍ فَصَكَّت وَجهَها وَقالَت عَجوزٌ عَقيمٌ

His wife came forward with a cry, struck her face, and said: A barren old woman!

Adh-Dhariyat 51:30

قالوا كَذٰلِكِ قالَ رَبُّكِ ۖ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الحَكيمُ العَليمُ

They said: Thus has your Lord said; He is the Wise, the Knowing.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:31

قالَ فَما خَطبُكُم أَيُّهَا المُرسَلونَ

He said: What, then, is your business, messengers?

Adh-Dhariyat 51:32

قالوا إِنّا أُرسِلنا إِلىٰ قَومٍ مُجرِمينَ

They said: We have been sent to a guilty people,

Adh-Dhariyat 51:33

لِنُرسِلَ عَلَيهِم حِجارَةً مِن طينٍ

To send upon them stones of clay,

Adh-Dhariyat 51:34

مُسَوَّمَةً عِندَ رَبِّكَ لِلمُسرِفينَ

Marked with your Lord for the excessive.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:35

فَأَخرَجنا مَن كانَ فيها مِنَ المُؤمِنينَ

Then We brought out whoever of the believers was in it.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:36

فَما وَجَدنا فيها غَيرَ بَيتٍ مِنَ المُسلِمينَ

We found in it only one household of those who submitted.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:37

وَتَرَكنا فيها ءايَةً لِلَّذينَ يَخافونَ العَذابَ الأَليمَ

We left in it a sign for those who fear the painful punishment.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:38

وَفى موسىٰ إِذ أَرسَلنٰهُ إِلىٰ فِرعَونَ بِسُلطٰنٍ مُبينٍ

And in Moses, when We sent him to Pharaoh with clear authority,

Adh-Dhariyat 51:39

فَتَوَلّىٰ بِرُكنِهِ وَقالَ سٰحِرٌ أَو مَجنونٌ

But he turned away with his strength and said: A magician or a madman.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:40

فَأَخَذنٰهُ وَجُنودَهُ فَنَبَذنٰهُم فِى اليَمِّ وَهُوَ مُليمٌ

We seized him and his forces and cast them into the sea, while he was blameworthy.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:41

وَفى عادٍ إِذ أَرسَلنا عَلَيهِمُ الرّيحَ العَقيمَ

And in Ad, when We sent upon them the barren wind,

Adh-Dhariyat 51:42

ما تَذَرُ مِن شَىءٍ أَتَت عَلَيهِ إِلّا جَعَلَتهُ كَالرَّميمِ

It left nothing it came upon without making it like decayed remains.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:43

وَفى ثَمودَ إِذ قيلَ لَهُم تَمَتَّعوا حَتّىٰ حينٍ

And in Thamud, when they were told: Enjoy yourselves for a time,

Adh-Dhariyat 51:44

فَعَتَوا عَن أَمرِ رَبِّهِم فَأَخَذَتهُمُ الصّٰعِقَةُ وَهُم يَنظُرونَ

But they defied their Lord’s command, and the thunderbolt seized them while they looked on.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:45

فَمَا استَطٰعوا مِن قِيامٍ وَما كانوا مُنتَصِرينَ

They could neither rise nor find help.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:46

وَقَومَ نوحٍ مِن قَبلُ ۖ إِنَّهُم كانوا قَومًا فٰسِقينَ

And the people of Noah before; they were a defiant people.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:47

وَالسَّماءَ بَنَينٰها بِأَيي۟دٍ وَإِنّا لَموسِعونَ

We built the sky with strength, and We are surely expanding.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:48

وَالأَرضَ فَرَشنٰها فَنِعمَ المٰهِدونَ

We spread out the earth; how excellent are the spreaders.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:49

وَمِن كُلِّ شَىءٍ خَلَقنا زَوجَينِ لَعَلَّكُم تَذَكَّرونَ

Of everything We created pairs, so that you may take heed.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:50

فَفِرّوا إِلَى اللَّهِ ۖ إِنّى لَكُم مِنهُ نَذيرٌ مُبينٌ

So flee to The God; I am a clarifying warner to you from Him.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:51

وَلا تَجعَلوا مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلٰهًا ءاخَرَ ۖ إِنّى لَكُم مِنهُ نَذيرٌ مُبينٌ

Do not set up another god alongside The God; I am a clarifying warner to you from Him.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:52

كَذٰلِكَ ما أَتَى الَّذينَ مِن قَبلِهِم مِن رَسولٍ إِلّا قالوا ساحِرٌ أَو مَجنونٌ

Likewise, no messenger came to those before them without their saying: A magician or a madman.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:53

أَتَواصَوا بِهِ ۚ بَل هُم قَومٌ طاغونَ

Have they passed this on to one another? Rather, they are a transgressing people.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:54

فَتَوَلَّ عَنهُم فَما أَنتَ بِمَلومٍ

So turn away from them; you are not to blame.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:55

وَذَكِّر فَإِنَّ الذِّكرىٰ تَنفَعُ المُؤمِنينَ

Remind, for the reminder benefits the believers.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:56

وَما خَلَقتُ الجِنَّ وَالإِنسَ إِلّا لِيَعبُدونِ

I created jinn and humans only to worship Me.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:57

ما أُريدُ مِنهُم مِن رِزقٍ وَما أُريدُ أَن يُطعِمونِ

I desire no provision from them, nor do I desire them to feed Me.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:58

إِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الرَّزّاقُ ذُو القُوَّةِ المَتينُ

The God is the Provider, the Possessor of firm strength.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:59

فَإِنَّ لِلَّذينَ ظَلَموا ذَنوبًا مِثلَ ذَنوبِ أَصحٰبِهِم فَلا يَستَعجِلونِ

For those who did wrong is a share like the share of their companions, so let them not ask Me to hasten.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:60

فَوَيلٌ لِلَّذينَ كَفَروا مِن يَومِهِمُ الَّذى يوعَدونَ

Woe, then, to those who disbelieved, from their day which they are promised.
